I'm a certified Sleep Coach and creator of the DREAM method.

 

For years I struggled with sleep-maintenance insomnia (the inability to fall back asleep after waking up). During this time, I have experienced multiple symptoms of sleep deprivation: low energy, brain fog, irritability, weight gain, and many more.

 

While trying to fix my insomnia, I learned a lot about sleep. With time, I improved my sleep and got rid of my insomnia symptoms. I became passionate about it, and I realized that there are many people with similar problems to mine that I can help.

 

That's why I decided to become a sleep coach, to help busy people (like me) find the tools that help them transition from a busy life into their dream sleep.
